Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all aspects of both photoshoots and video shoots. This role includes finding the perfect locations, booking models, sourcing props, arranging accommodations, and managing transportation logistics to ensure that each shoot runs smoothly and aligns with the ENANTIODROMIA brand vision. You will be responsible for managing all logistical aspects of the shoots, allowing the creative team to focus on executing the concept.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, find, and secure ideal photoshoot and video shoot locations that reflect the brand’s luxurious aesthetic and core values of sovereignty, charm, and danger.
• Source, procure, and manage props and set pieces that align with the creative direction of the shoots, ensuring they enhance the brand's message.
• Book and coordinate all necessary accommodations (hotels, venues, etc.) for the photoshoot and video shoot team, including models, photographers, videographers, and other creatives.
• Arrange transportation for the photoshoot and video shoot team, ensuring all logistics are seamless and efficient, including transportation of equipment and personnel.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that all shoot details—both photoshoots and video productions—align with the vision and requirements of the campaign.
• Handle booking and coordination of models and talent for both photoshoots and video shoots, including managing contracts, schedules, and any special requirements.
• Ensure that all required equipment for both photography and video production is available and prepared, coordinating with photographers, videographers, and production teams.
• Oversee the production schedule, ensuring all timelines are met, and addressing any last-minute changes or challenges that may arise.
• Ensure that all necessary permits, permissions, and insurance are in place for location shoots and other logistics.
• Communicate effectively with all teams (creative, design, marketing) to ensure every aspect of the shoots is prepared in advance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Coordinator, Production Coordinator, or similar role, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or video production industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of photoshoot and video shoot logistics, including location scouting, model and talent booking, and prop sourcing.
• Experience managing video shoots, including coordinating filming schedules, equipment, and talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of teams.
• Ability to think creatively while maintaining a keen attention to detail, especially for high-end productions.
• Experience working with high-end fashion brands and understanding of luxury aesthetics is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing all logistical aspects of both photo and video shoots.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar project management tools.
• A passion for fashion, visual storytelling, and a strong understanding of the industry is highly desirable.
