This essential role will oversee both the procurement of product samples and the smooth fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring the high standards of quality and service that ENANTIODROMIA is known for.

Job Description:

The Production & Order Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for managing the procurement of product samples, handling the entire order fulfillment process, and ensuring that all products are delivered accurately and on time. This role will require excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sample Procurement: Oversee the procurement of product samples from various suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring that all samples meet the company’s standards of quality and design. Track shipments, and ensure timely delivery for product approval.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring that client orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure all orders are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
• Inventory Management: Maintain an organized inventory of samples and finished products. Track inventory levels, ensuring that samples and product stock are replenished as necessary to meet demand.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks on all products before they are sent to clients, ensuring they meet ENANTIODROMIA's standards. Verify that orders are complete, correct, and in perfect condition before dispatch.
• Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient sample procurement and order fulfillment. Provide regular updates on inventory and order status.
• Client Communication: Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their order status, handling any concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of all sample procurements and orders fulfilled, ensuring easy access to data for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sample procurement, order fulfillment, or production management, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Experience with inventory management systems and order processing software.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
• Knowledge of the luxury fashion market and customer expectations.
