Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

A 10% restocking fee is applied to all eligible returns.
Return shipping is free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • Returned in original packaging

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@enantiodromia.co so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved.


Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been shipped back and received by us.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee, within 10 business days.
