Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Ads Manager to create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, highly organized, and experienced in running performance-based ad campaigns for luxury brands. You will be responsible for driving traffic, boosting sales, and ensuring that ENANTIODROMIA reaches the right audience with compelling and visually striking ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across platforms, using data to adjust strategies and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives (images, videos, copy) align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic and messaging.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creative, targeting, and placement for improved performance.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across paid social, display, search, and video ads to generate leads and conversions.
- Utilize advanced targeting techniques (audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, etc.) to drive high-quality traffic and reach new customers.
- Analyze and report on key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and generate regular reports for stakeholders to showcase campaign performance and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital advertising, including new features and tools available on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Provide insights on customer behavior and trends based on campaign performance and data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Ads Manager, with a track record of successful campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, ad platforms, and best practices for optimizing performance-based campaigns.
- Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audience strategies to improve campaign targeting.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads) to monitor, measure, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong understanding of metrics like CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and others, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with creative development processes and an eye for crafting luxury-oriented, high-impact ad creatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, sales).
- Experience with e-commerce brands and a deep understanding of the luxury market is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
