Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist and Copywriter to drive our digital marketing efforts. This role involves creating and executing email and SMS campaigns, writing compelling copy, and delivering personalized messaging to engage our audience effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, data-driven, and passionate about crafting luxury brand narratives while driving conversions and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads, nurture customer relationships, and promote new product launches.
  • Write persuasive and on-brand copy for email newsletters, SMS messages, promotional campaigns, and automated workflows that align with the ENANTIODROMIA tone and voice.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually striking and compelling email templates and SMS messages that reflect the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
  • Segment email lists and develop personalized content based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to maximize engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Test and optimize subject lines, CTAs, email layouts, and other key components to improve campaign results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new tools to continually improve email and SMS marketing strategies.
  • Manage email marketing automation, ensuring seamless workflows and timely delivery of content.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency across all communications, from emails and SMS to social media and the website.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, with a strong portfolio of campaigns (luxury or fashion experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content that speaks to a luxury audience.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and SMS marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of segmentation strategies and automation tools to create personalized marketing experiences.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.
  • A deep understanding of luxury branding and the ability to craft messaging that resonates with high-end customers.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, email design best practices, and responsive design for different devices.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • A passion for fashion, marketing, and a desire to contribute to the growth of a luxury brand.
