As we expand our presence in the global market, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Client Engagement to lead the acquisition and engagement of high-end clients, including the management of wholesale partner relationships. This is a high-impact role focused on fostering long-term relationships with influential clients and strategic partnerships to grow the ENANTIODROMIA brand.

Job Description:

As the Head of Client Engagement, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition and engagement of high-net-worth individuals, luxury clients, and wholesale partners. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as to manage wholesale partnerships that align with the ENANTIODROMIA brand. You will work to enhance client loyalty, ensure satisfaction, and secure long-term business growth through personal engagement and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Lead the acquisition of high-end clients by identifying and engaging with potential partners, influencers, and key stakeholders in the luxury industry globally. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue and brand loyalty.
  • Global Network Expansion: Leverage your existing network and build new connections to expand ENANTIODROMIA's reach into new high-end markets, both geographically and demographically. Establish strong ties with luxury brands, private clients, and exclusive events to elevate the brand’s presence in the global luxury space.
  • Wholesale Partner Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring alignment with ENANTIODROMIA's brand values and ensuring effective collaboration to drive growth and sales. Negotiate wholesale terms, pricing, and product offerings to support both parties' objectives.
  • Bespoke Client Engagement: Create and deliver personalized experiences for high-net-worth clients, including exclusive events, private viewings, and tailored offerings that enhance the ENANTIODROMIA experience and increase client retention.
  • Brand Advocacy & Promotion: Act as a brand ambassador, representing ENANTIODROMIA at global industry events, high-net-worth gatherings, and luxury forums. Utilize your deep understanding of luxury clients and their needs to position the brand as a leader in the luxury menswear market.
  • Client Insights & Reporting: Provide ongoing feedback and insights about the luxury client market, trends, and competitive landscape. Track and report on client engagement metrics, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the executive, sales, and marketing teams to align client engagement strategies with overall business goals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and tailor offerings to suit the high-end market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client engagement, sales, or business development within the luxury or high-end fashion industry, with a strong network of global contacts.
  • Expertise in managing wholesale relationships, including contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and collaboration with retail partners.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining high-level client relationships, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and luxury brands.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic partnership development and global business expansion.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives, elite clientele, and wholesale partners.
  • A deep understanding of the luxury market, including consumer behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills to guide internal teams in delivering outstanding client experiences.
  • Ability to work independently, set strategic priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
