We are seeking an experienced Event Organizer to oversee the planning and execution of our high-end, invite-only events and fashion shows.

Job Description:

The Event Organizer will be responsible for planning and executing ENANTIODROMIA's exclusive, invite-only events, including fashion shows, private dinners, after parties, and brand experiences. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience managing high-profile events and a passion for delivering exceptional, unforgettable experiences. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that every aspect of the event, from venue booking to post-event coordination, is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of exclusive, invite-only events such as fashion shows, private viewings, after parties, and VIP dinners. Oversee every detail, ensuring the events reflect the luxurious, sophisticated, and powerful identity of ENANTIODROMIA.
  • Fashion Show Management: Organize and manage fashion shows, including venue selection, booking models, coordinating the schedule, and working with the production team. Ensure the smooth operation of the event, ensuring timing, aesthetics, and atmosphere align with the brand’s image.
  • Hotel & Venue Coordination: Book and manage luxury hotels and venues for all events, ensuring the accommodations and settings meet the high standards of ENANTIODROMIA. Coordinate logistics for transportation, room assignments, and event space reservations.
  • After Party & Dinner Organization: Coordinate and organize exclusive after parties and VIP dinners, ensuring they are in line with the ENANTIODROMIA brand and provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Manage event schedules, catering, guest lists, and entertainment.
  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Identify, hire, and manage vendors, including caterers, photographers, stylists, production teams, and more. Ensure that all suppliers align with the luxurious standards of the brand.
  • Guest List & Invitations: Oversee the creation and management of guest lists for exclusive events, ensuring the right balance of high-profile guests, partners, celebrities, and clients. Handle the sending of formal invitations and RSVPs.
  • Budget Management: Manage the event budget, ensuring all events stay within allocated limits while still achieving the desired impact and level of luxury.
  • Post-Event Coordination: Oversee post-event follow-up, including thank-you notes, media coverage, and social media coordination. Collect feedback and review event success to continuously improve future event planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an event planner or organizer, particularly within the luxury, fashion, or high-end hospitality industries.
  • Experience managing exclusive events, fashion shows, VIP dinners, and after parties.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the event is perfect.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior executives, luxury clients, vendors, and event staff.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion market and what constitutes a high-end, exclusive event experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in dynamic, high-energy environments.
  • A passion for creating memorable and exceptional experiences that align with the ENANTIODROMIA brand.
  • Experience with event budgeting and vendor management.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
