Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Fashion Designer to join our design team and contribute to the development of our high-end collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, an in-depth understanding of luxury fashion, and a passion for creating exquisite garments. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with opulent materials, including exotic leathers, mink, suede, and silk, and help shape the next era of luxury menswear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize collections in line with the brand's vision, aesthetics, and core values of sovereignty, charm, and danger.
• Collaborate with the Head of Procurement to select premium fabrics and materials that align with the brand’s high standards.
• Work with luxurious materials, including silk, suede, exotic leathers (python, crocodile), shearling, and custom embellishments such as embossed and debossed details.
• Ensure designs reflect brand DNA, maintaining a balance of opulence, sophistication, and boldness.
• Lead and contribute to the sampling and prototyping process, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
• Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends, anticipating and driving innovative designs in the menswear luxury market.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
• Assist in creating design presentations for internal teams, buyers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a fashion designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury menswear (previous work with high-end or luxury brands is a plus).
• Expertise in fabric selection, pattern making, and garment construction.
• Exceptional creativity and a deep understanding of fashion trends, tailoring, and design techniques.
• Strong understanding of luxury fashion's nuances, including the ability to work with exotic materials and create intricate details.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A passion for fashion and a clear understanding of the high-end menswear market.
