To preserve the quality of this garment, we recommend you to respect the care instructions :

• Do not wash
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron at a maximum sole-plate temperature of 110°C
• Mild professional dry cleaning in hydrocarbons KWL
• Gentle dry clean
• Dry clean inside out in a net
• Iron inside out with a fabric in between

We do our utmost to ensure the most enjoyable gifting experience, both for you and for the person who receives your gift. All orders are delivered in the iconic Enantiodromia box. The delivery box contains inserts that ensure the gift reaches the recipient in perfect condition. During the checkout process, you may have the option of adding a Enantiodromia shopping bag to your order, as well as a personalized message that will be printed and inserted in a signature ED envelope. All our purchases (gifts or not) are sent with a receipt that does not indicate the price of the item. This receipt is to be used in case of a return or exchange request.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We keep a 10% restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a screenshot of the order confirmation email for proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
